Industry all over the world is anticipating TIMTOS 2021 Online

In response to the surging pandemic at home and abroad, the organizers of Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS 2021), the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), have decided to postpone the originally planned physical exhibition, and keep the TIMTOS 2021 online exhibition (TIMTOS 2021 Online) as scheduled. The organizational changes were made for the sake of protecting the health of exhibitors and visitors in compliance with government guidance.

As scheduled, TIMTOS 2021 Online (online.timtos.com.tw) will be launched from March 15th to March 20th with display and browse functions remaining effective from March 21st to April 15th. The new schedule for TIMTOS physical exhibition will be released soon.
A global press conference was held on January 20th to present the keynotes of the forthcoming event. As part of the CEO Panel, the highlight of the conference, top executives from the machine tool industry, chairmen of Fair Friend, Hiwin, and Chin Fong, led an online discussion on "Restructuring for Smart Machine Industry in Post Pandemic Era" with TAITRA Chairman James Huang and TAMI Chairman Pa-Hsi Ko. "Taiwan’s performance in pandemic prevention has attracted worldwide attention, especially the resilience and flexibility manifested by the Taiwan manufacturing industry during the pandemic, which is proven to be a crisis and a turning point as well", said TAITRA Chairman, James Huang. Chairman Huang added that "The unprecedented changes in the market and the increasing demand for technological development contributed to industrial transformation, which will be seen in a variety of new products developed by TIMTOS exhibitors."
Nearly 1000 exhibitors will participate in the TIMTOS 2021 Online. Top machine tool manufacturers will present their latest products via 3D, VR and videos, and connect with global buyers through online procurement conferences, online real-time matching, video conferences, etc. Industry forums and Factory tour will be held to extend beyond time and space restrictions and expand exhibition benefits.
