Zahit Energy is founded in order to produce high quality solar modules and installations system in Turkey. Zahit Energy belongs to the group Zahit Aluminyum, which is one of the leading companies in the aluminum manufacturing in the country. The company started its initial investments for solar modules in 2012 with highly qualified team, managing the production facilities and R&D activities. Its production relies on German technology and has a capacity of 65 MW per annum.
”Our aim is to increase and encourage the usage of clean energy through solar modules starting with our region. We are motivated to work as a part of close international cooperations to make the solar modules more affordable for everyone, especially in the regions with a high solar light intensity”, the company claims.
Zahit Energy produces solar modules in Adana Organized Industrial Area with quality engineering vision. The steps of the unique production technology include: the solar cells go through a quality check with German technology devices; the stringer machine solders the checked solar cells as a string; the strings of solar cells are positioned on the clean glass with EVA by a robot; the modules are double checked with eye control and EL tester. If the quality of the pre-assembled module is approved, then the package goes to the 3 step lamination machine with German technology.
The modules go through a high technology power test and final EL test, and sorted and packaged according to their electrical powers.
