Mgr. Lenka Chaloupkova, export manager of DCK Holoubkov Bohemia a.s., traditional Czech supplier of cable boxes and switchboards.

Are you satisfied with the contacts you’ve made during the fair? How do you like the organization of the show?

Yes. I found our participation at TIB very useful. We had a chance to learn important facts about Romanian market and made many important contacts with local companies. I think the organization of the show was very good.

Was this your first participation at TIB?

Yes, it was our first time at TIB.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

We believe Romanian market disposes of many business opportunities thanks to its quick development and also due to its EU entry in January 2007 when all European standards will get valid also in this country. I like the way of cooperation with our Romanian business partners - they are very responsible and reliable in their attitude toward our mutual business.

How is your current commercial network in Balkan region organized?

We donґt have any network in Romania. We sell directly to particular customers in few Romanian regions.

What are you plans to expand it?

Of course, we would like to work out a wider network with regular supplies (contract based).

What are your requirements to your future partners from Balkan region?

We prefer working with well-established companies with a certain company policy . Of course, people are the very key part of every business - it is important that your partners are responsible, ready to respond to your particular needs, etc. We always try to be flexible and helpful to our customers and expect the same from our suppliers.

Mr. Calin TRAISTARU, Export Manager, UPRUC TAP SDV SA, Fagaras, Romanian producer of industrial valves, centrifugal pumps and castings.

Are you satisfied with the contacts you’ve made during the fair? How do you like the organization of the show?

We are quite satisfied with the made contacts during the exhibition TIB as the partners of discussion were exclusively companies form the business-filed really interested in expanding their contacts for further establishment of business-relations and not just for simple getting of information. The organization must be radically changed starting from advertising, manipulating of merchandise before and after the exhibition and not for suplimentary costs as the price of rent was anyway quite big.

Was this your first participation at TIB?

No absolutely, we have been there at every edition.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

A continue developing market.

How is your current commercial network in Balkan region organized?

There is no commercial net of ours abroad.

What are you plans to establish it?

Establishment of regular deliveries to specific companies as long-term clients for testing their potential to become our eventual representative.

What are your requirements to your future partners from Balkan region?

Seriousity, continuing interest for development of the business-contacts and expanding their product-nomenclatory and new long-term clients.

Krassen Milev, Area Sales Engineer, IOW Bulgaria Ltd., dealing with hydraulic, drive systems and filtration.

Are you satisfied with the contacts you’ve made during the fair? How do you like the organization of the show?

It is too early for us to expect results. For the moment we are satisfied that we managed to participate in the fair.

Was this your first participation at TIB?

This is our first exhibition in Romania.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

We hope that TIB is not a mirror of Romanian potential. Generally we don’t see difference in development of Bulgarian and Romanian economy. Size of the Romanian market is three times bigger than Bulgarian.

Rumen Jeliazkov, Commercial Director, DASF, Bulgarian consortium of companies in the chemical industry, machine building and electronics.

How do you like the organization of the show?

We are very pleased with the organization of the fair.

Was this your first participation at TIB?

This was our second year of participation at TIB.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

Romanian market has similar characteristics with Bulgarian market, but of course the impact of the bigger size of territory and population makes the difference.

How is your current commercial network in Balkan region organized?

DASF operates through its headquarter in Bulgaria. For the time being we don’t have any commercial network in the region.

What are you plans to establish it?

We are currently discussing possible partnership with companies from Serbia. In the near future we hope to establish partnerships in Romania and Macedonia.

What are your requirements to your future partners from Balkan region?

We prefer approach based on understanding to the different mentality and practices of each country. Thus, we believe we can find common language for successful projects.

Dehmelt Holger, Sales Engineer, KASTO Co., German producer of metal sawing equipment and bar storage systems.

Are you satisfied with the contacts you’ve made during the fair? How do you like the organization of the show?

We are very satisfied with the contacts we made during the fair TIB 2006. Our representative MAXIM in Bucharest made all the organization for the fair and we have a very good cooperation together. The organization at the fair is going better and better and our booth was in a very good hall and position.

Was this your first participation at TIB?

This was our second participation at TIB fair. Last time was in 2005. Next year we will come back again.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

The Romanian market is a good growing market with all the problems you’ve seen before in other Eastern Europe countries before they got a member of the EU. In the future we will see what happens in Romania after open borders and hard competition with other European countries. We’ve seen a lot of good companies in Romania, which are ready for EU and for the competition.

Elena Ivanova, Sales Manager, Fintex Trade Ltd., Bulgaria trader of hoses and connecting systems.
Are you satisfied with the contacts you’ve made during the fair? How do you like the organization of the show?As direct exhibitor we are quite satisfied with the organization of the fair. We’ve managed to establish contacts with a lot of companies despite the lower number of visitors than we expected.
Was this your first participation at TIB?

We exhibit for second time at TIB fair.

What are your impressions from Romanian market?

Romanian market is developing very fast, which push it forward, but in the other hand, makes it very hard for breakthrough. The bigger market, comparing to Bulgaria, involves presence of many foreign companies. Because of the status quo of Romanian market and the higher number of players on it, competition is dynamic and the prices – lower.
