Ivanal

Ivanal’s main products are AL-die-casting products for the automotive sector, the manufacture of home appliances and furniture. The company was established in 1937. In 1979 the foundry started production of secondary alloys, which was abandoned in 2005. Since 1989 Ivanal has been manufacturing AL-die castings.

The annual output is 1200 - 2000 mt (metric tons), and the annual capacity - 3000 mt with present product range. The production is mainly supplied to ContiTech VC-Germany for end-users like Daimler Chrysler, MAN and Renault.

The basic capacity of the factory was built in the the interval 1936 - 1940 (the electrolysis in 1937; the hydrated alumina operating unit in 1939). In 1940 the establishment reached the installed capacity of 3000 t/y of hydrated alumina and 3000 t/y of aluminum.
