Rutronik holds its first Automotive Congress

The first Rutronik Automotive Congress was held in Pforzheim on June 5 and 6. It opened with a guide tour of the Rutronik Logistics Center, which included a presentation of innovative logistics concepts. The event addressed the numerous strategic challenges faced by the automotive segment. Speakers at the event included representatives from Hella, Infineon, Rohm, and ST.

The congress was primarily targeted at decision-makers in companies that develop or manufacture vehicle electronics. A Specialist Congress began on June 6 with welcoming words from Peter Gresch, Managing Director of PGUB Management Consultants.
The keynote was presented by Markus Krieg, Managing Director Marketing at Rutronik and Uwe Rahn, Director of the Automotive Business Unit. In a total of nine presentations, experts from OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers provided insights into decisive trends and strategic developments in this industry segment. The congress subsequently closed with a panel discussion on the most volatile topics in the automobile industry, such as self-driving vehicles, connectivity, and electrification.
