With a tradition of more than 95 years in plastic processing, Plastor S.A. is one of the most experienced companies of its profile in Romania, with a 100% private capital. It offers project management from product design, mold design and mold-making, to serial injected parts and blow-molded parts, assembling, logistics.
The quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Starting in 1999, the mother company set up branches, active in businesses formerly performed by Plastor or they developed new activities. Today the group includes 9 companies and each one of them is a private independent company.
Plastor offers complete project management of plastic parts manufacturing: design of plastic parts; design of injection moulds for plastic parts; design of blow-molding molds for plastic parts; injection moulds and blow-molding moulds for plastic parts manufacturing, dimensions within 1200x800x800 mm; injection of thermoplastic parts out of: PE, PP, PPT, PP+FS, PA, PA + FS, ABS, ABS - PC, POM, PET, PBT, PET + FSPBT+PC and other materials, on machines between 50 and 1100 tones clamping force.
The company also offers blow-molding (traditional and suction blow molding) of parts made out of: LDPE, HDPE, PPH, PPK, PA, PA + GF on machines between 5-30 liters; 3D measurements for plastic parts; painting, screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping for plastic parts; finished product packaging; logistics and transportation. PLASTOR S.A. quality management system is certified by the German company DQS according to ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards.
