INTERKLARK Co., Greece, Gregory Naisides, Managing Director

EventsSouth-East European INDUSTRIAL Мarket - issue 2/2007

Please, provide brief information about your company: production specialization and the current commercial network in the region of South-Eastern Europe

Interklark was established in 2001 and is a supplier of forklift replacement parts. The company is specializing in Japanese models but has lately entered the market of European models as well. Currently the leading supplier of forklift parts in Greece Interklark has also expanded its sales in the neighbouring Balkan countries. The Turkish market constitutes a big challenge for Interklark since it is the biggest market in the greater area of Eastern Mediterranean. At the moment we are still searching the factors that affect the Turkish market and we are carefully planning our next steps.

How many times have you been participating at WIN 2007? Are you satisfied with the results achieved during the fair?

We have participated 2 times. Right after our first participation we started selling to Turkish customers and this is partly due to our presence on the fair and partly to the follow-up of the contacts we had there. As a conclusion we could estimate our participation as successful.

Did you establish contacts with potential partners from any of the countries from South-Eastern Europe?

Apart from Turkish customers we did not establish contacts with customers from other countries during the fair.

Did you display any new product or technology? Which of your products was top interesting for the visitors?

Material handling equipment is a very dynamic and vivid sector with continuous development and Inter-klark is a company that always wants to keep up with this development. We could not set apart some of our products as top interesting to our visitors. All of our exhibits were equally esteemed by the visitors.
