IN-HOUSE Exhibition of Maschinenfabrik Berthold Hermle AG

The traditional spring exhibition of Hermle AG in Gosheim (April 22-25, 2009) gathered together 1500 customers and other interested visitors who viewed the assembly and manufacture of Hermle products at the Technology and Training Centre and on guided factory tours.
The extensive Hermle Machine programme was complemented by a special show on more than 700 sq. m of exhibition floor space featuring well known manufacturers in the field of clamping technology.
Also exhibiting were control manufacturers Heidenhein and Siemens as well as many manufacturers of CAD/CAM systems, tool management software and the like. The subjects of balancing, shrinking and tool measurement were also demonstrated.
At the Technology and Training Centre, more than 20 machines over 90% of which five-axis design were equipped with both automation technology and industry-specific machining options.
