Automotive Logistics Summit 2020 will take place in Romania

The international conference and exhibition Automotive Logistics Summit will take place on 12-13 March 2020 in Sibiu, Romania. The South-East European Industrial Market (SEEIM) Magazine is an official media partner of the forum whch will be held under the motto "The basis of a future proof supply chain".

This will be the fifth edition of the event, organized by the Intermodal&Logistics Magazine. It is expected to bring together over 15 speakers, 50 exhibitors and more than 300 representatives of the automotive industry. They will discuss new concepts and solutions in the field of risk management, intralogistics and warehousing, safety and security in storage facilities, etc.
Among the subjects of debate will be the present and the future of the automotive industry in Eastern Europe, as well as "tailor made" transport solutions for the automotive sector.
The conference programme will include a broad range of topics among which will be: intelligent technologies (robotics and the Internet of Things), green solutions, logistics, automation, software, packaging equipment, etc.
A special workshop on Industry 4.0 will be held during the event, as well as B2B meetings aimed at creating business partnerships and exchanging know-how. The organizers have also scheduled visits to different production facilities in the city.
Among the novelties in Automotive Logistics Summit 2020 will be a Logistics Master Class on planning and stock optimization and the first Logistics Hackathon in South East Europe in which student teams from top universities will have to solve a logistical problem presented by the jury.
