The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has designated QML Class V as the highest qualification level for space components. Headquartered in Greece and with production sites in Greece, Italy and Spain, Famar is a leading pharmaceutical CDMO, focusing on the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of pharmaceutical, consumer health and cosmetic products. Under the new ownership, Famar plans to make substantial investments in Greece to expand both its R&D and sterile manufacturing capabilities, among others, as the company continues to shift its product mix towards higher-valueadded products. OMV Petrom acquires several PV projects in Romania from Jantzen Renewables OMV Petrom closed the acquisition of several photovoltaic projects from Danish company Jantzen Renewables. The projects are to be developed in Teleorman county and are now at the „ready-to-build“ stage. The installed power of these photovoltaic parks will be ~710 MW, being among the most important projects of this type and development stage in Southeastern Europe. The estimated production for 25 years of operation is over 20 000 GWh, the annual production being enough to supply the equivalent of approximately 70% of the annual household consumption of Bucharest municipality. The projects have already been granted access to the national power transmission grid.
